At Enhanced Social Share, we respect your privacy and provide all users the right to control and delete their personal data in accordance with global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and platform-specific terms such as Facebook Platform Terms, YouTube API Services, Twitter Developer Policy, and TikTok's privacy framework.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your data at any time using one of the following methods:

For All Users (Manual Request)

To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data:

Use subject line: "User Data Deletion Request"
Include your registered email or user ID

Confirm your identity
Delete your data from our database
Disconnect your connected social media accounts
Revoke access tokens and API authorizations
Respond within 7 business days

For Facebook Users

If you've logged in via Facebook, you can:

Visit your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
Remove the Enhanced Social Share app
This automatically revokes all access tokens

For Google/YouTube Users

If you've logged in with Google or connected your YouTube channel:

Visit Google Account Permissions
Revoke access to Enhanced Social Share
To remove all related YouTube data stored by us, email enhancedsocialshare@gmail.com

For Twitter Users

If you've connected your Twitter (X) account:

Go to Twitter App Connections
Revoke access to Enhanced Social Share
Request full data deletion by emailing us with your Twitter username

For TikTok Users

To revoke access and request deletion:

Visit your TikTok profile settings and remove Enhanced Social Share from authorized apps
Send an email to [your support email] with your TikTok username or user ID

What Data We Delete

Upon request, we delete:

Your account and login credentials (email, name)
Connected social account IDs and tokens
Posts, history, analytics data, and scheduling logs
All stored insights or user-specific API data

Data Retention Duration

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Once you delete your account or revoke access, we immediately begin data removal and anonymization within 7 days, and fully delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it longer.
